Custom Training and CLE Programs

The Caissa Group has developed custom short, full-day and multiple-day training and other professional development programs upon request. For example, we have developed a two-day training program for international arbitration attorneys on the psychology of arbitrations and witness testimony, a workshop for new judges on heuristics in judicial decision making, and multiple custom CLE programs for law firms and conferences.

Women and Communication

We have also led discussions on gender and communication styles with internal groups tasked with supporting the professional advancement of women in traditionally male-dominated fields. We discuss differences in typical communication styles of men and women, ways in which women’s typical communication styles often correlate with being effective leaders, and practical strategies for women hoping to advance their own leadership trajectories.
